Turners Ice Confection is a Newcastle based manufacturer and distributor of locally made ice blocks. (This is not a franchise).


The business operates from a light industrial warehouse (approx. 145m square) and comprises a large fully equipped commercial kitchen.

Turners Ice Blocks are well known product and have been a Newcastle icon since 1938. Turners Ice Blocks are a unique ice confection of generous proportions made to a traditional home style recipe using quality ingredients including real fruit, fresh milk and premium ice cream.

We supply a large number of retail outlets in the Hunter/Newcastle Region including local supermarkets, corner shops, service stations and take away outlets. At current volumes the business can easily be operated by 2 people. The current production process is completely scalable and potential exists to build production and sales volumes without any requirement to invest further funds in capital infrastructure.

This business is in a great position for the future and there is great opportunity to increase sales through more retail outlets and considering new distribution areas such as the Central Coast, Sydney and North NSW as we often get calls from people outside the Hunter/Newcastle Region looking for our product.
