Rental payments
Under the terms of your Residential Tenancy Agreement rent is payable in advance. You can make payments by:

Should you have any difficulty making your rental payments, please contact your Property Manager immediately.
Repairs
Should any repairs be required on your rental property, all requests must be put in writing. All non emergency repairs must first be approved by the landlord/owner. Please complete this repairs form and return to our office via:

Vacating the premises
If you wish to vacate the premises at the end of your fixed term, you are required to give 14 days’ notice in writing.
Should you wish to vacate the premises and your lease has already expired, you are required to give 21 days’ notice in writing.
